We know how crazy planning can be and want you to know we are here for anything you need. Not only will we film your wedding but we are happy to help plan first look locations, suggest amazing vendors, and help make decisions on your cake flavors! 😉

Below is detailed information about what you can expect from us. Please take a look through everything and let us know if you have any questions!

 

Film Pricing

• Highlight Film (3-5 minutes)

Add-Ons

Prices in addition to base price above

Adventure Film Session – $1500

• Up to 3 hours of hiking, biking, brewery tours, or anything else you two are into. Footage will be used in your feature film and/or as a separate film. (*travel fees may apply)

Wedding Attire Film Session – $1000

• Make use of your wedding clothes and take them out on an adventure! Footage will be used with your feature film and/or as a separate film.

Rough Cut Ceremony Film – $500

• Full length film including audio of your ceremony (film is length of ceremony).

Rough Cut Toast Film – $250

• Full length film of your toasts from two angles (speaker and your reactions).

Rough Cut Special Dances Film – $250

• Film of special dances from multiple angles (close-ups and wide). This includes any parent dances and first dance as a married couple! (This does not include party dancing or entrances)

Social Media Bundle – $500

• Short films varying in length (under 1 minute) created in a vertical format specifically for Instagram and other Social media platforms. These will be anything from trailers to parts of your first dance. ***Included in all 2020/2021 packages.

Digital Gallery

You will receive a digital gallery similar to the one below.

This is a landing page for you to download and share your films. As the rise of Social media continues, we have found our couples unable to easily share their films with family and friends.

**For all 2020 couples, we will include a Social Media bundle free of charge. This bundle will include multiple short films (under 1 minute) from parts of your day edited specifically for you to keep and share on Instagram and other social media platforms.

Additional Details

A few of the nuts and bolts of our films and process.

• Aerial footage is included as long as the appropriate conditions and rules allow for safe flight.

• Our “day of” time is flexible as most of our time is put into pre + post-production. We are generally around for about 9 hours for traditional weddings.

• Story telling is our main focus when creating our highlight films. We almost always include audio of vows, speeches, or letters. The more audio we have the better we can tell your incredible story.

• Our non-refundable retainer is 50%. Any remaining film balance is due two month prior to your date.

• Prices above do not include tax.

• Additional fees apply for travel outside of Colorado.

• All of our films are delivered within four months of your event through an online gallery allowing you to download and share the videos as desired. After you have seen your film, we will upload it onto Youtube for ease of sharing.

• All of our delivered films are the final product. We do not offer edits or changes to our films.

• All pricing is subject to change.

FAQ

WHAT IS A HIGHLIGHT FILM?

This is generally a 3-7 minute film overviewing your entire adventure. We include as many moments as possible put to a beautiful song.

WHAT IS A ROUGH CUT FILM?

The easiest way to describe this is to think about a home video. We hate using the word “raw” because we do cut between angles and color the footage but it is the entire moment from start to finish. It also sometimes includes changes in camera settings, location, and people walking in front of the camera. All of these films are the length of the event (ceremony, toasts, etc). You can see an example of these up above in the “Becca + Weston Petty” Wedding Album.

CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR FILM?

No, there are many reasons for this but the biggest reason for us is that the film isn’t the same unless we pick it out ourselves. We see each film as a piece of art and the music is the backbone of our art. It allows us to create the perfect feeling and mood throughout your story. With that said, we pick each song personally to fit you and your partners personalities and preferences.

DO YOU FILM OUTSIDE OF COLORADO?

Heck YES!! Traveling is our #1 love (besides each other and climbing and backpacking…okay maybe not our #1 but it’s in the top). We are always up for exploring a new area. Check out our Travel page for where we are going next and places we would LOVE to explore with you!

DO YOU CHARGE HOURLY RATES?

No!! We believe in flexibility and hate time restraints. We will create a specific schedule with you but will never say… “Well that change in the timeline required 3 extra hours so that will be an additional $900.” We want to be there for EVERY moment throughout your day because we know it’s not just about the ceremony on your wedding day.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

Our travel fees are generally $1000 outside of Colorado and FREE for anywhere in Colorado. This is enough to cover our travel and accommodations to anywhere in the US. If you are looking to go out of the country we will create a custom quote based on the location covering flights and a few nights in a hotel. Also, we do ask for you to cover any special activities such as; helicopter, horseback riding, rafting and more.

DO YOU COVER PERMIT COSTS?

We require that you pay for any entrance fees and special use/photography permits required. This is often necessary in National and State Parks. We will 100% help you research what permits are needed but ask that you cover any of those fees.

1. Email us back letting us know what films you would like! We will create a custom proposal including the contract and payment schedule.

2. Sign the contract and pay 50% down on your films.

3. Set up a time to meet with us in person for dinner, ice cream, hiking, or whatever else.

4. We will check in periodically between your booking date and wedding day.

5. Three months from your date, we will reach out and check in on how things are going. We will set up a phone call or another casual meeting to go over details and catch up with the both of you.

6. Two months from your date, your remaining balance is due.

7. Your wedding day…will be the best day EVER.

8. Four months after your big day, we will send over your final films.
